Adya Parida '25 India

Adya was born and raised in India. She is one of the recipients of the Syracuse University’s 1870 full tuition scholarship. She is studying Computer Science at the College of Engineering and Computer Science.

Adya works as a Resident Advisor and Research Assistant on campus. She is also the Treasurer for the Society of Women Engineers and a Career Prep Associate for Women of Color in Science and Engineering. Adya is the co-founder and co-inventor of Scale Sense developed for Invent@SU. She is also actively working with the Blackstone Launchpad and have won in the business competitions. Despite of her busy schedule, she finds time in continuing her passion in Odissi dance and actively performing at events.
